Kathy Sweeney

I enjoy being the Mother of a teenage daughter, Lilly Grace, and a dog mother to our golden retriever, Cooper. He is our best buddy. And let's not forget my cat McIntosh. I spend a lot of my free time watching my daughter play travel and High School Basketball and Softball. When we are not on a ball field or court we like to ride dirt bikes, camp, fish, and hike. Oh, and let's not forget my DIY jobs around the house.

I was in the automotive industry for twenty years and joined Parmer and Sons in 2023. Being a Project Consultant has been very rewarding job for me over the past few months and I love it more everyday, as I have always been a DIYer and a tomboy. Being able to consult with so many different people is a very rewarding experience and I am proud to say I never meet a stranger. Parmer and Sons may be my place of employment however I already feel a family connection to each and every one of my co-workers, that's a great thing since Lilly Grace and I have no family in the immediate area. Quality of life means just as much if not more to this company as quality of work.
