Joshua Martin

Joshua Martin is a sales representative with Parmer & Sons who enjoys helping homeowners take the first steps toward a well-planned painting project.

Raised in Southwest Virginia, Joshua has spent most of his life in the region. He values working with people in a clear, respectful, and approachable way.

Joshua currently lives in Patrick County with his wife, Angela, and their two children, Grayson and Alayna. Family and community are important parts of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, hiking, gardening, completing DIY projects around his home, and spending time outdoors.

As a sales representative, Joshua meets with customers to learn what they want to change, which areas they are considering, and what questions they have before moving forward.

He helps organize early project conversations by discussing goals, preferences, timing, and the next steps in the estimating process. His focus is on listening carefully and helping customers feel informed rather than rushed.

Joshua enjoys meeting new people and collaborating with homeowners throughout their home improvement journey.
