Why Our Company is Awesome to Work For:

Parmer and Sons Painting and Staining is a team of highly motivated and self-driven people that value each other and love helping others. It’s who we are and what we strive for every day.

We are one of the highest reviewed paint companies in the area and love taking the stress our clients feel around painting and making it as easy as possible for them to get what they want.

We have grown a minimum of 25% every year and expect to keep doing the same in years to come as we move outward from the New River Valley. This growth is due to our awesome team, and we couldn’t do it without each one of them pitching in and driving each other towards excellence.

We love working hard and strive just as much to enjoy our families and communities.

Whether it's our kick-butt pay and benefits, flexible schedules, awesome weekly meetings, fun quarterly events or just good people doing good work that makes work at P&S fun we’re not entirely sure. Maybe a combo of all of it.
